To submit an exchange request, please submit a photo image and a brief description of the defective item in our 1:1 inquiry. Upon confirmation, we will exchange your item for a new one(depending on item stock), or a different item of same total value.
To submit a return and full-refund request, log in and refer to your MY PAGE link. Select your order number, and select the defective item in question in your receipt. Don’t forget to let us know the reason for the returned item.
